This sound effect was captured by me on video on my canon digital powershot a460 camera, i stood just above the motorway at charing cross glasgow scotland and captured this sound from the jam packed motorway, both sides were busy, i even caught the sound of a police car coming along the hard shoulder. I simply took the sound from my video. This sound was made by me, i tied down my canon powershot a460 digital camera inside the engine bay of my 1993 rover 620si, and it's got a petrol honda engine, no turbo on this version. I had my video recording on my camera in the engine bay while i was driving. I started the engine up and took it for a drive. I simply took the sound off the video. For free use. This is file for creating deep ambiance. Just mix that sound with other ambiance sound (on free sound there is at least a million such sounds. . . Like noice. . Like thunder rain. . . Like station. . . Like people tallk and so far. . . ). It works best with noises or other deep sounds. Sounds like space ambience/a sci-fi space station. Did this today while messing around in audacity. This sound was created by blowing into a microphone while slowly changing pitches. Afterwards i slowed down the sound, added the baseboost filter, and lowered the pitch of the sound. Feel free to use this with or without giving credit to me, i really don't care. It literally took me 2 minutes to make.

I had a need for some burps in a project, and decided to burp loudly into the mic whenever the urge arose while i was narrating. Beer aided the process quite a bit. These were collected over the course of several stories. I've studiously avoided sniffing my pop-filter, for obvious reasons. Mic is a rode procaster. Not that i think it is necessarily the microphone of choice for belching. Feel free to use the sound for whatever purpose you like.

I accidentally sneezed while testing audio levels but it happened to be self-contained with the right volume for an isolated sound effect! recorded on my new blue yeti nano with noise reduction applied. I wasn't really prepared when it happened so there might be some minor clicking/noise and i couldn't really remove it. Recorded in kanawha state forest in west virginia on a dr70r with shotgun mic. Some clean up and noise reduction with rx8 in reaper. It's a small mountain creek but it's pretty prominent in the sound, i'm about 10 feet away. I also have a version where i bring down creek noise, check the profile.
